KFS is a Delaware domiciled life and health insurance Master General Agency licensed to conduct business in 45 states domestically, as well as licenses to conduct business internationally.

KFS was established in 1961 and remains dedicated today to the same level of customer service and creative strategic planning that has served our clients in a manner that has made us long term, trusted advisors and created friendships that have withstood the test of time.

The company engages in the wholesale distribution of insurance products through affiliated General Agents, Broker and Agents appointed and licensed under its Master Agencies and Retail Sales of insurance by housed and detached agents employed exclusively on behalf of the firm.

KFS has for many years devoted extensive resources to businesses (both private and publicly traded), executive benefit plans, owners and key management of businesses, high net worth individuals, generational transfer of privately held businesses, impaired risk life insurance applicants, and special and unusual markets. However, our mission is to solve problems and create strategies that GUARANTEE a failsafe position for our clients, and we remain as concerned about the individual family as we are with a Fortune 500 company.
